Sara started her career as a Trust and Estate Paralegal guiding clients through the Trust administration and/or Probate administration process. Over the past 25 years, Sara has assisted in over 250 probates and trust administrations as well as numerous litigation matters pertaining to, and among other things, financial elder abuse, undue influence, and breach of fiduciary duties by current and former Trustees and/or Administrators.
More times than not, Sara’s involvement entails the death or incapacitation of a loved one which can be a difficult and confusing time in the client’s life. Sara’s experience in the administration of an Estate or Trust as well as litigation has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with various family dynamics in simple, complex or contested matters.

Sara grew up in San Diego where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics at Cal. State San Marcos. Sara moved to Los Angeles in 1995 where she currently resides and where Private Fiduciary Services is based. In her spare time, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, going to the beach, traveling, skiing and hiking. Sara has two fur-children – Aspen the wonder dog and Sasha the aloof kitty who share the title of Co-Chief Excitement Officers.
Sara is is licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs – Professional Fiduciaries Bureau (#1414) and a proud member of the National Guardianship Association, Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) and the Trust and Estates section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
